A registered teacher with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Teaching, Brooke has held senior leadership roles including Assistant Principal, Head of English, Māori Achievement Lead and Specialist Classroom Teacher across Auckland secondary schools. At the heart of her practice is a deep belief that education is power, a tool that unlocks opportunity, strengthens identity, and creates pathways for long-term success. Grounded in whanaungatanga, whakamana, pono and manaakitanga, Brooke leads with service, building strong relationships and empowering others to recognise their potential.
Since joining the RPA Personal Development Programme in 2023, Brooke has coordinated and led player development across education and career pathways, financial capability, professional rugby environments, and wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting players to grow in confidence, identity, and purpose beyond the field. Committed to reclaiming and strengthening her Māoritanga, Brooke continues her journey in te reo Māori and te ao Māori and serves on her marae Board in Hangatiki (Ngāti Maniapoto). Outside of work, she enjoys training, playing touch rugby, and spending quality time with whānau, drawing energy from both community and culture.
