Bridget Farquhar

Bridget Farquhar is an experienced education and organisational development professional, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in adult education into her role as a Personal Development Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Education Studies, supported by postgraduate study in Organisational Behaviour through the University of Waikato. Her career has centred on strengthening capability, building learning cultures, and supporting meaningful development across a wide range of organisations and industries.

As Personal Development Manager for Bay of Plenty Rugby, Bridget works closely with players across the Academy and NPC environments, taking a supportive, alongside approach to their growth on and off the field. She is passionate about helping players build the skills, confidence, and clarity to shape fulfilling lives alongside and beyond rugby. Based in the Bay of Plenty, Bridget lives with her husband Brett and their two teenage sons, with weekends often spent on the sidelines of various sporting fields.
