Grace Richardson brings a strong service mindset to her role as a Personal Development Manager, shaped by nine and a half years with the New Zealand Police. Holding a Diploma in Policing, she worked closely within communities and specialised in Youth Services, supporting young people and families through both challenge and opportunity. That experience has instilled in her a deep commitment to building trusted relationships and helping people navigate important life decisions with confidence and clarity.
As PDM for Counties Manukau Rugby, Grace takes pride in working alongside players to support their growth on and off the field. Known for her approachable, grounded style, she is passionate about helping players become the best version of themselves. A mum of three boys, Grace loves spending time with her family, travelling, and getting outdoors, with the ocean and fresh air always high on the list. And if she’s not at the beach, she’s likely at home baking up a storm.
