Kristy has served as Financial Controller for the New Zealand Rugby Players Association since 2018. She leads the finance function, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and reporting to the Board.
A Chartered Accountant since 2009, Kristy brings more than 18 years of experience across financial reporting and business partnering. Prior to joining the RPA, she was Financial Controller at MoleMap and previously held a manager role at PwC. She is known for her practical approach, strong organisational skills, and ability to build trusted relationships across teams and with stakeholders.
Outside of work, Kristy lives on a lifestyle property in the Franklin area of Auckland with her husband and three children. She enjoys growing vegetables and caring for farm animals and places a high value on maintaining a balanced and active family life.
