PDM - Crusaders

Jonelle Quane brings a strong high-performance and wellbeing lens to her role as a Personal Development Manager, shaped by a career spanning elite sport, coaching, and positive psychology. Jonelle is known for her holistic, strengths-based approach to supporting growth and performance.

Now in her sixth year as a PDM, Jonelle supports players to build clarity, confidence, and sustainable success on and off the field. Alongside her PDM role, she has extensive experience in high-performance environments through Surf Life Saving New Zealand, where she served as a high-performance coach and selector, competed nationally and internationally, and was recognised with a Service Award in 2022. Born and bred Cantabrian, Jonelle lives in Christchurch with her husband Ben and their two children Harrison and Olivia. Outside of work, she’s most at home by the ocean or in the mountains - actively involved in surf lifesaving and making the most of winter on the ski fields.
