Will Jordan is one of the most respected players of his generation, known for his professionalism, humility, and consistency at the highest level. A product of Christchurch Boys’ High School and the Crusaders Academy, Will progressed through the New Zealand Under-20 programme, winning the 2017 World Championship, before making his provincial debut for Tasman that same year.
A standout performer in Tasman’s historic 2019 NPC premiership and the championship-winning Crusaders side, Will dominated Super Rugby Aotearoa in 2020, leading the competition in tries, defenders beaten, and metres gained. He made his All Blacks debut later that year in Brisbane and quickly established himself on the international stage.
By the end of the 2025 Lipovitan-D Rugby Championship, Will had played 50 Tests and scored 43 tries for the All Blacks, placing him among the most prolific finishers in the jersey. Respected for his attacking instincts and composure under pressure, he is equally valued for the way he prepares, carries himself, and supports those around him.
Will is a trusted voice and a genuine advocate for players. Approachable and thoughtful, he understands the demands of elite rugby and is committed to ensuring players are supported, heard, and prepared for life during and beyond the game.
